Notice of Results & Investor Presentations

 

EKF Diagnostics Holdings plc (AIM: EKF), the AIM-quoted global diagnostics
business, will announce its full year results for the year ended 31 December
2025 on Tuesday 24 March 2026.

 

Investor presentations

 

Gavin Jones, CEO, and Stephen Young, CFO, will present the Company's results
in two separate events open to all investors. The same presentation will be
given at both events, which are being held at different times to offer
convenient options for those wishing to attend.

 

Two presentations will take place on Tuesday 24 March 2026 at the following
times, the first will be held online via the Investor Meet Company platform
and the second will be held in-person in the City of London, full details
below:

 

1.    Investor Meet Company online presentation

 

EKF management will provide a live online presentation relating to the final
results via Investor Meet Company at 11:00am GMT on Tuesday 24 March 2026.
The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until
9:00am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.

EKF management will provide an in-person presentation in the City of London
relating to the Company's final results at 5.30pm GMT on Tuesday 24 March
2026, which is open to all existing and potential shareholders.
