Total Voting Rights

 

EKF Diagnostics Holdings plc (AIM: EKF), the AIM-listed global diagnostics
business, in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules, announces that the total issued share capital of the
Company consists of 431,963,112 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of
the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), of which 141,000 Ordinary Shares are held in
treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares carrying voting
rights will be 431,822,112.

 

The above figure of 431,822,122 may be used by shareholders in the Company as
the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the
share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules.
