Jan 2 (Reuters) - Ekobox SA  EBX.WA : 
     
    * Said on Wednesday that it signed in consortium two deals 
with PGE Grupa Energetyczna SA  PGE.WA  unit, PGE Dystrybucja SA 
- Skarzysko-Kamienna branch 
    * The contracts are for construction of the 110 kV 
transmission line GPZ Grojec - GPZ Bledow and 110 kV 
transmission line GPZ Mogielnica - GPZ Bledow for 9.9 mln zlotys 
($2.8 million) net and 10.7 mln zlotys net, respectively 
    * The consortium consist of Ekobox (leader), PSA 
KYJIWSILELEKTRO and UKRENERGOMEREZPROJEKT
