Brief: Ekter decides to capital return of 0.04 euros per share

Sept 18 (Reuters) - Ekter SA  EKTR.AT : 
     
    * Decided share capital fluctuation by 6.75 million euros  
($7.71 million) to offset losses, decreasing its share nominal 
value from 1.16 to 0.56 euros per share 
    * Decided share capital decrease by 0.45 million euros, 
decreasing its share nominal value from 0.56 to 0.52 euros per 
share and cash return to shareholders 
    * Following decision, share capital amounts to 5.85 million 
euros, divided to 11.25 million shares of 0.52 euros each 
    * Following decision, shareholders receive a capital return 
of 0.04 euros per share
