    * Signs contract of participation in consortium "ERETVO SA - 
EKTER SA - STRUCTURAL CRETE SA " 
    * Participates in this consortium with 33.33% 
    * Value of total contract is 24.7 million euros ($26.98 
million) plus VAT and the completion deadline shall be 30 months 
from the date of signature of the contract
