** Co posts Q4 adj EPS of 13 cents, beating Wall Street estimates of 11 cents - LSEG

** ELAN's Q4 rev of $1.14 bln is above estimates of $1.09 bln

** Co sees 2026 adj EPS at $1 to $1.06, in line with estimates of $1.03

** Up to last close, stock had risen 124.6% in the last 12 months
