** Shares of Australia's Elders Ltd  ELD.AX  rise as much as
7.5% to A$6.860, hitting highest since May 22
    ** Stock set to mark best day since May 23, if current gains
hold 
    ** Agribusiness co says Mark Allison will continue in the
roles of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Elders
    ** Elders had previously been going through management
uncertainties with the resignation of CFO Tania Foster in Aug.
2022 and CEO Mark Allison in mid-Nov, 2022
    ** Stock has fallen 37.1% this year as of last close
