** Shares of agribusiness company Elders Ltd ELD.AX rise as much as 3.4% to A$7.21, their highest level since Oct 31

** Co posts 34% rise in underlying profit after tax for FY, while sales revenue rises 2%

** Declares final dividend of 18.0 Australian cents per share in line with last year

** Says optimistic about FY26 outlook, supported by a forecast recovery from dry conditions in South Australia and Victoria

** Stock last up 3.1% bringing YTD gains to 0.3% from a loss of 2.7% at last close
