    Bookrunner UBS said on Friday it has closed the placement of
7.9% stake in Spain's Acerinox for 218.1 million euros ($259.69
million) after running an accelerated bookbuild offer on behalf

    Spain's energy and infrastructure group Acciona said on
Thursday it was targeting a valuation of up to 9.8 billion euros
 ($11.67 billion) for its energy business following the listing
of up to 25% of this unit, in what is set to be one of the
biggest in a record year so far for listings in Europe.

    Spain's Rovi estimates it will produce 1.4 billion doses of

concentration with 10.5 billion euros of liquidity, Spanish
newspaper expansion said on Friday quoting company's CEO Luis

    Kaixo Telecom, Spanish Masmovil's owner, said on Thursday it
has obtain two of the regulatory authorisations for Euskaltel's
 EKTL.MC  takeover bid from the Economy Ministry and the

    Spanish telecoms group Telefonica said on Thursday that
71.47% of the holders of its free-of-charge allotment rights

    Company's unit Enferin said on Thursday it has submitted an
application to build a green hydrogen plant in the Spanish
