Nov 20 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be
affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Monday.

    ELECNOR  ENOR.MC  
    The company  said on Friday it has agreed to sell 100% of
its unit Enerfin, with an enterprise value of 1.8 billion euros

    CELLNEX  CLNX.MC  
    Cellnex plans the total or partial sale of its subsidiaries
in Ireland and Austria, Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias reported on
Monday. 
    
    SACYR  SCYR.MC  
    Sacyr will reduce its exposure to Latin America by selling
assets in Chile and Colombia and by growing in the United States
and Europe, el Economista reported on Monday.
    
    INDITEX  ITX.MC  
    Barclays raised its target price to 32 euros from 30 euros.
