Change of Name to Eleco Plc
 
Following almost unanimous approval by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 4 June 2020, Elecosoft PLC has changed its name to Eleco Plc. The Company's change of name has now been registered at Companies House and is effective from Tuesday 21 July 2020 at 8.00 a.m.  
The Company's ISIN and TIDM will remain unchanged.
