Board change

 

 

The Board of Eleco Plc (AIM: ELCO), the AIM-listed construction software
specialist, announces that Paul Boughton, Non Executive Director, has resigned
from the board to pursue other interests.   Accordingly, he has stepped down
from the Board.

 

 

Serena Lang, Eleco's Chair, commented:

 

"We thank Paul for his valuable input over the last two years and wish him all
the best for the future. We will update the market in due course when the
process of recruiting a replacement Independent Non Executive Director is
