Eleco plc (AIM: ELCO), the AIM-listed construction software specialist, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held today resolutions 1 - 6 put to shareholders were duly passed. Resolutions 7 - 9 were not carried. The results of the votes will be available on the Company's website.
 
As a result of Resolution 8 not being passed as an ordinary resolution, the directors will not have authority to offer a scrip dividend alternative.
