Update regarding Requisition Notice
Further to the announcement on 26 April 2021 regarding the receipt of a notice pursuant to section 303(1) of the Companies Act 2006 requisitioning a general meeting of the Company's shareholders (the "Requisition Notice"), the Board of directors of the Company has rejected the Requisition Notice. The Requisition Notice is invalid in that it does not comply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 and is also contrary to the provisions of the Company's Articles of Association. The requisitioning shareholders have been informed and shareholders are advised to take no action at this time.
