** The industrial gear maker posts flat year-on-year growth in second-quarter consolidated net profit, pressured by a spike in expenses, despite a 13.8% increase in revenue

** More than 675,000 shares traded, over 1.3 the 30-day avg

** Stock down 10%, YTD
