$12.64 
    ** Jesse Schneider, vice president of technology, hydrogen
and fuel cells department, recently departed on good terms -
NKLA
    ** Schneider's LinkedIn profile now lists him as chief
executive officer at ZEV Station, a startup working on
renewable-energy powered electric charging and hydrogen fueling
stations
    ** NKLA's fuel cell and hydrogen team is now led by
Christian Appel, global head of FCEV Engineering, Jason Roycht,
global head of FCEV Commercial, and Pablo Koziner, president
Energy and Commercial
    ** Shares of other U.S.-listed EV-related cos down;
Lordstown Motors  RIDE.O , Tesla  TSLA.O , Electrameccanica
Vehicles  SOLO.O , Nio Inc  NIO.N , Workhorse group  WKHS.O ,
Kandi Technologies  KNDI.O , Xpeng  XPEV.N , Blink Charging
