Tesla powers to record high; EVs up on monthly deliveries

** Shares of EV maker Tesla Inc  TSLA.O  rise as much as
4.3% to record high of $1,162.37 
    ** Shares of other EV firms, including Fisker Inc  FSR.N ,
Lordstown Motors  RIDE.O , ElectraMeccanica Vehicles  SOLO.O ,
and Chinese makers Nio Inc  NIO.N , Xpeng  9868.HK   XPEV.N , Li
Auto  LI.O  also up between 1.1% to 8.6% in early trading
    ** Nio, Xpeng and Li Auto post October deliveries; while LI
and XPEV record y/y growth, NIO reports decline in monthly
