The Board of Electric Guitar PLC (LSE: ELEG), the Special Purpose Acquisition
Company seeking acquisitions in the digital marketing and advertising industry
as a provider of first-party data solutions, has approved the appointment of
Ben Lister as Company Secretary with effect from 16 November 2023, succeeding
John Hutchinson who will remain as Chair.
