Management Changes

 

Electric Guitar PLC (LSE: ELEG), the digital marketing and advertising company
providing first-party data solutions, announces the appointment of Lauren
Kelleher as Group Financial Controller, succeeding Ben Lister who has left the
Company for personal reasons. Lauren will assume all Ben's financial reporting
duties.

 

After joining Electric Guitar in 2023, Ben has helped to navigate the Company
through a successful fundraise, the reverse takeover of 3radical, and the
Company's admission to trading on AIM. Lauren joins the Company as a Chartered
Accountant (South Africa) with over twelve years of experience in the tech and
media sectors, across both public and private companies, having most recently
completed a contract role at WPP's GroupM.
