Electric Guitar PLC

("Electric Guitar" or the "Company")

Reseller partnership with Sophus3 - a leading SaaS provider to the automotive
industry

Electric Guitar PLC (LSE: ELEG), the digital marketing and advertising company
providing first-party data solutions, is pleased to announce that 3radical
Limited ("3radical"), its primary operating subsidiary, has agreed a reseller
partnership with Sophus3, a market leader in consumer engagement for the
automotive industry.

Sophus3 works with the world's largest automotive brands, such as Ford,
Hyundai and Volkswagen, to analyse online car buyers to understand their
habits, influences and behaviours in order to engage with them better and
increase sales. From its deep understanding of online behaviours, Sophus3 has
developed its SaaS Platform, Engage, to allow clients to respond to consumer
behaviour in real-time, and serve them the right content at the right moment
to maximise sales.

3radical is a leader in gamification and audience engagement solutions, and
its market-leading Software as a Service (SaaS) platform, 3radical Voco
("Voco"), helps companies create first-party data to engage consumers and
increase sales.

This new partnership with Sophus3 enables 3radical to offer its Voco platform
to the world's largest car brands at a time when first-party data is becoming
increasingly important in the automotive industry. In addition, 3radical will
be able to utilise Sophus3's Engage software platform to assist its clients in
responding to consumer behaviour in real-time, by providing tailored content
that boosts sales.

As Sophus3 looks to expand its offering beyond the automotive industry, it has
chosen Voco to help increase engagement and generate valuable first-party
data. By partnering together, Sophus3 is also collaborating with 3radical to
help expand its offerings to new industries across APAC and the US.

John Regan, CEO of Electric Guitar, commented: "We are delighted to be
collaborating with Sophus3, a leading consumer engagement technology provider
in the automotive industry. As first-party data and audience engagement become
increasingly important across all industries, we believe that the Voco and
Engage platforms will complement each other and help brands engage more
meaningfully with their audiences and convert more sales."

Scott Gairns, Managing Director of Sophus3, commented: "The 'Premium Publisher
Study 2024' was conducted using Sophus3 data and reveals that traffic quality
on premium publisher sites is significantly higher than car brand sites, with
visitors spending more time and engaging with more content. This is a
compelling reason for car brands to deploy technology like Voco to increase
visitor engagement."

Notes to Editors

Electric Guitar PLC (AIM: ELEG) is the provider of first-party data solutions
for the marketing and advertising industry, empowering businesses to realise
the value of their first-party data. In an era of changing consumer attitudes
towards the use of their data, tighter privacy legislation, and the demise of
third-party cookies, first-party data is now the key to success in digital
marketing. Electric Guitar's strategy is to acquire and scale businesses that
help marketers maximise the value of first-party data by curating, managing,
and deploying it, and in doing so making Electric Guitar the industry standard
for first-party data solutions. As the first part of this strategy, Electric
Guitar has acquired 3radical Limited, a company that utilises its Software as
a Service platform, 3radical Voco, to enable organisations to engage
individuals and request their data directly using interactive digital
experiences.
