** Shares of medical device maker  ECOR.O  up as much as
2.06% at 60 cents
    ** Co enters into deal with Teijin to license certain
exclusive rights to its non-invasive vagus nerve stimulation
(nVNS) technology for commercialization in Japan for headache

    ** Under the agreement, ElectroCore will receive a
non-refundable, upfront payment for the licenses and rights
granted to the Japan-based conglomerate 
    ** Stock up ~2% YTD, as of last close
