since Feb. 17, in well-above-avg vols
    ** The maker of SmartVest airway clearance system returns to
profit growth in Q4 after 3 qtrs of declines, while posting
double-digit rev growth for first time in 3 qtrs
    ** Investments made in 2018 position ELMD for double-digit
rev and profit growth over the next few years, says CEO Kathleen
