   London stock exchange

   Electrosteel Castings Limited has informed the Exchange that 
 the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on  
October 29, 2014 has approved the following: 1. Delisting of  
Global Depositary Receipts of the Company from London Stock  
Exchange and conducting Postal Ballot for the same. 2. Reduction  
in limits set under Section 186 of the Companies Act, 2013 and  
conducting Postal Ballot for the same.
