Electrosteel Castings Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the 
Company at its meeting held on November 05, 2015, inter alia, have :  
1. Accepted the request of early retirement of Mr. Vyas Mitre Ralli, Whole-time 
Director of the Company with effect from January 01, 2016. Mr. Ralli will 
continue as Non Executive Director with effect from January 01, 2016.  
2. Appointed Mr. Brij Mohan Soni as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company 
with effect from November 09, 2015.
