** Shares of Australia's FleetPartners Group FPR.AX rise as much as 1.5% to A$4.16, their highest level since December 28, 2017
** Vehicle-leasing firm grants limited due diligence access to SG Fleet Topco, Canada's Element Fleet EFN.TO and Japan's ORIX Corp 8591.T after receiving separate takeover approaches earlier this month
** The process is intended to help the bidders determine whether to submit revised offers on a more informed basis, co says
** Co says it could extend similar access to other parties that submit proposals requiring further engagement
** Stock up 46% YTD, including session's moves
