** Reports Q3 sales for diabetes drug Mounjaro at $10.72 bln, obesity drug Zepbound at $5.35 bln 
** Trims FY EPS view to $35 to $36 from prior $35.50 to $36.50 to factor in research charges from recent acquisitions
