BUZZ-Eli Lilly rises after CVS reinstates Zepbound coverage ** Shares of drugmaker Eli Lilly LLY.N rise 1.4% to $1098.13 premarket
** CVS Health CVS.N says it will add Eli Lilly's weight-loss drug Zepbound back to some of its drug lists as an additional preferred option for insurance coverage
** The move comes after CVS dropped coverage of Zepbound on July 1 last year, while continuing to reimburse rival Novo Nordisk's Wegovy following a negotiation for favorable pricing with the Danish drugmaker
** Zepbound will return to CVS Caremark's commercial formularies, or lists of covered medications, on October 1, CVS says
** As of last close, LLY up 0.7% YTD
