Lilly gains after data for next-generation weight loss drug

** Co says obesity patients on the highest dose of its experimental drug retatrutide lost 28.3% of their weight on average over 80 weeks in key trial

** Incidents of dysesthesia, an abnormal skin sensation,  occurred in 5.1%, 12.3%, and 12.5% of patients treated with 4 mg, 9 mg, and 12 mg doses, respectively, compared with 0.9% with placebo

** Discontinuation rates due to adverse events were 4.1%, 6.9%, 11.3%, with 4 mg, 9 mg, and 12 mg doses, respectively, compared with 4.9% with placebo
