Nov 18 (Reuters) - Sino Resources Group Ltd  0223.HK : 
    * Agreed to issue and new subscribers agreed to subscribe 
for, an aggregate of 255.8 mln subscription shares 
    * Application has been made for resumption of trading in 
shares on stock exchange from 9:00 a.m. On monday, 21 nov 
    * Company and new subscribers entered into new subscription 
agreements 
    * Subscription shares at subscription price of hk$0.229 per 
subscription share 
    * Aggregate gross proceeds of new subscriptions will amount 
to hk$58.6 mln 
    * Net proceeds, after deduction of related expenses, will be 
approximately hk$58.5 mln
