Oct 20 (Reuters) - Sino Resources Group Ltd  0223.HK  
    * Sino Resources Group Ltd- company and subscribers entered 
into subscription agreements 
    * Sino Resources - subscribers agreed to subscribe for 
aggregate of 804.8 million subscription shares at subscription 
price of HK$0.225 per share 
    * Net proceeds, after deduction of related expenses, will be 
approximately HK$181 million 
    * Sino Resources Group Ltd- subscribers are Hu Hui Qun , an 
Australian citizen and Liu Qiuhua, a PRC resident
