May 22 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on the region's markets or individual stocks.

CREDIT AGRICOLE CAGR.PA:

French banking group Crédit Agricole said on Wednesday it has signed a long-term partnership agreement with Belgium's Crelan Group and would acquire a 9.9% stake in the company as part of the deal.

ELIOR GROUP ELIOR.PA:

French food caterer Elior lowered its organic revenue growth guidance for 2025 on Wednesday, citing a focus on profitability.

EXAIL TECHNOLOGIES EXA.PA:

France's Exail Technologies announces two new orders in aero-defense, totaling over 10 million euros.

SOCIETE LDC LOUP.PA:

French food processing company Societe LDC said, on Wednesday, it plans to reach its 2026-2027 strategic plan targets one year in advance. It also published a full-year revenue of 6.32 billion euros.

MAUREL ET PROM MAUP.PA:

French oil company Maurel et Prom said it started the construction of its Quilemba solar photovoltaic power plant in Angola, planning for it to come onstream during first half of 2026.

SANOFI SA SASY.PA:

Sanofi said it would acquire Vigil Neuroscience, Inc, adding a new investigational medicine to treat Alzheimer's disease to the  neurology pipeline.

SPIE SPIE.PA:

France's Spie announced on Wednesday the successful placement of a 600-million euro sustainability-linked bond issuance.

SYENSQO SYENS.BR:

Belgian Chemical company Syensqo announced the pricing of a 1.2 billion euro-denominated bond offering.

VINCI SGEF.PA:

French construction and concessions group Vinci said on Wednesday it sold its 50% stake in the Mantiqueira high-voltage power line in Brazil for around 130 million euros.
