BIC BICP.PA: Stationery and lighter maker BIC appointed Grégory Lambertie, previously CFO at Worldline, as its new Chief Financial Officer effective January 5, 2026.

EURONEXT ENX.PA: Pan-European stock exchange operator Euronext announced the success of its voluntary share exchange tender offer to acquire ATHEX Group, with approximately 43 million ATHEX shares tendered, representing about 74.25% of voting rights.

ELIOR GROUP ELIOR.PA: Catering services company Elior Group reported full-year revenue of 6.15 billion euros and adjusted EBITA of 202 million euros, and forecasts organic revenue growth of 3-4% for fiscal year 2025-2026 with an adjusted EBITA margin of 3.5-3.7%. The company will propose a dividend of 0.04 euros per share.

SOITEC SOIT.PA:

Semiconductor materials manufacturer Soitec reported first-half revenue of 231 million euros and a net loss of 67 million euros, missing consensus expectations, and expects third-quarter revenue to increase by mid-to-high single-digit percentage sequentially.
