Jan 31 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and

    ELIS  ELIS.PA :
French cleanliness, image, hygiene and well-being services
company Elis reported a revenue of 4.57 billion euros for its
full-year 2024.
    IPSEN  IPN.PA :
A former executive at French drugmaker Ipsen IPN.PA was
sentenced on Thursday to two months in a U.S. prison for
illegally trading on inside information he learned about his
company's plans to acquire cancer drug developer Epizyme in
2022.
     
     
IPSOS  ISOS.PA :
French research company Ipsos announced the acquisition of
Whereto Research in Australia.
     
    VALNEVA  VLS.PA : 
French biotechnology company Valneva announced a new Ixiaro
supply contract with the U.S. government worth a minimum of
$32.8 million.
     
    SOPRA STERIA  SOPR.PA :  
French consulting, digital services, and software development
company Sopra Steria announced the proposed acquisition of
Aurexia, a management consulting firm specialising in financial
services.    
       
    WAVESTONE  WAVE.PA : 
French infrastructure consultancy company Wavestone reported a
revenue of 240.6 million euros for the third quarter of its
fiscal year.
