DANONE DANO.PA:  French food giant Danone DANO.PA said on Monday that it would buy Australia's food and beverage company MADE Group, without disclosing financial details of the deal.
ELIS ELIS.PA: French textile rental and laundry services company Elis has withdrawn its notification to Ireland's Competition and Consumer Protection Commission and abandoned its proposed acquisition of O.C.L. Laundry Services, stating the deal represented only a small portion of the group's business.
KNDS: The families that own half of tank maker KNDS have agreed to sell a 40% stake to the German government, according to a source familiar with the matter, in a deal that clears the final hurdle for the company to list on the stock exchange before the summer.
TOTALENERGIES TTEF.PA: TotalEnergies TTEF.PA plans to complete the full restart of its 238,000 barrel-per-day Port Arthur, Texas, refinery within seven days, people familiar with plant operations said on Sunday.
