Elisa shares bottom Helsinki blue chip index after Q4 miss

** Shares in Finnish telecom provider Elisa ELISA.HE dip around 5%, to the bottom of Helsinki blue chip index .OMXH25,  after it posted its Q4 print that was a miss on the revenue and profit lines

** Its quarterly EBIT came in at EUR 84 million  ($100.20 million) vs IBES estimate EUR 110.9 million, and revenue of EUR 588 million was also slightly below the estimates

** "The earnings picture was a bit soft, but the dividend proposal was in line with our expectations," Inderes said in a note, adding that there were more cost adjustments than the broker had previously estimated

** Elisa proposes a dividend of EUR 2.40 per share
