Elixirr International plc (AIM:ELIX), an established, global award-winning challenger consultancy, announces that on 16 June 2021, the Company was notified that on that same day Nicholas Willott, Finance Director and PDMR of the Company, purchased 3,268 ordinary shares of 0.005 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 578.2p per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Nicholas Willott's beneficial holding is 311,429 Ordinary Shares representing 0.67 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
