Posting of Annual Report, AGM Notice and Dividend Timetable

 

Elixirr International plc (AIM:ELIX), an established, global award-winning
challenger consultancy, is pleased to confirm posting of its 2024 Annual
Report and AGM notice, as well as timelines relating to its final 2024
dividend.

 

Posting of Annual Report and AGM Notice

Elixirr announces that it has posted to shareholders the Annual Report and
Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 as well as a notice of the Annual
General Meeting ("AGM") to be held at Lainston House, Woodman Lane, Sparsholt,
Winchester, SO21 2LT on 24 June 2025 at 11:00 a.m.

 

A copy of the Annual Report and Accounts and the notice of AGM will shortly be
available on the Company's website at www.elixirr.com/investors.

 

Dividend timetable

In addition, further to the announcement on 28 April 2024 of its final results
for the year ended 31 December 2024, the Company confirms the dates relevant
to the payment of the final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2024 of
11.5p per share are as follows:
