Aug 21 (Reuters) - Ellipsiz Ltd  ELPZ.SI : 
    * Entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement 
with Nidec-Read Corporation in relation to proposed disposal of 
Sv Probe 
    * Under terms of sale and purchase agreement, aggregate 
consideration for proposed disposal is US$65.0 million 
    * Group would expect to realise an attributable net disposal 
gain of S$9.9 million
