Ellipsiz Ltd is a Singapore-based engineering and service solution provider. The principal activities of the Company are investment holding and the provision of management services. Its segments include Distribution and Services Solutions (DSS), Automated Precision System Solutions (APSS), Property Investment and Development, and Egg Production and Distribution (EPD). DSS segment provides solutions for in-circuit and functional testing, distribution and trading of scientific instruments and electronic equipment, provision of related technical services and support. APSS provides customized systems and solutions for test automation, high precision automated assembly process for fiber and lens, and full automated wafer level testing. Property Investment and Development segment develops properties for investment purposes. EPD segment is engaged in the production and distribution of fresh eggs. It serves customers in the semiconductor and electronics manufacturing industries.
