$0.17 - biggest pct loser across U.S. stock exchanges premarket 
    ** Co says combination therapy of its experimental drug
ELX-02 to treat cystic fibrosis did not achieve statistically
significant results when compared with placebo in a mid-stage

    ** Cystic fibrosis is a genetic condition that causes mucus
to build up and damage organs in the body, particularly the
lungs and pancreas, affecting 200,000 people in U.S. - NIH

disease 
    ** Up to Wednesday's close, stock down ~46% YTD
