Aug 7 (Reuters) - Emak SpA EM.MI :
* Board approved acquisition of remaining 0.56 percent stake in Comag Srl in order to
proceed with its incorporation into Emak
* To buy 0.56 percent stake in Comag Srl from Yama SpA for 95,000 euros ($103,860)
* Stake in Comag Srl to increase from 99.44 percent to 100 percent
* Transfer of stake is expected to be completed on Sept. 15, 2015
