NZ's Embark Education Group rises on upbeat quarterly results

** Shares of Embark Education Group EVO.NZ rise as much as
8.2% to NZ$0.660, their highest since Aug. 30
** Co says quarterly Australian revenue was A$13.9 mln
($9.22 mln), up 21% vs same period last year
** Says Australian Centre based EBITDA was A$3.0 mln, up 47%
** Separately, co announced its intention to re-domicile by
listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and
delisting on New Zealand's Exchange (NZX)
** As of last close, stock up 8.9% this year
($1 = 1.5074 Australian dollars)
