** Shares of Indiabulls Real Estate  INRL.NS  rises as much
as 6.2% to 79 rupees, touching their highest level since Jan. 9 
    ** Stock on track for a fourth consecutive session of gains 
    ** Co appoints Atul Chandra as Chief Operating Officer (COO)
    ** More than 34 mln shares changed hands by 2:54 p.m. IST,
about 2.6x 30-day avg
    ** As of last close, stock down 8.3% YTD
