    ** Diabetes care co reports Q1 sales of $275.7 mln, higher
than analysts' estimates of $262.9 mln - Refinitiv IBES data
    ** Q1 profit came in at $0.96 per share, beating estimates
of $0.52 
    ** Co announces quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share
    ** EMBC down ~35% since its IPO last year
