** Shares of medical device maker Embecta EMBC.O rise 15.1% to $11.92

** Company posts Q3 revenue of $295.5 million compared with analysts' estimates of $278.2 million

** Reports Q3 adj. profit of $1.12 per share vs estimates of 78 cents

** Company narrows its 2025 revenue forecast to a range of $1.078 billion to $1.085 billion compared to its prior range of $1.073 billion to $1.09 billion

** "Q3 was a strong quarter for Embecta, reflecting solid commercial execution, aided in part by the timing of customer order," says CEO Devdatt Kurdikar

** Including session moves, stock down 41.4% YTD
