Group  EME.N  rise 2.2% to $382.33
    ** EME's board authorizes additional $500 mln for purchase
of shares of its outstanding common stock under an existing
repurchase program
    ** EMCOR says repurchases to be funded by its operations
    ** Including session's move, stock is up ~77% YTD
