** 251,884 shares of EMCU traded in 4 block deals on NSE at 4.2% to 4.8% discount to prev close, as per LSEG data

** Bain Capital, through its unit BC Investments IV, looks to sell shares worth 4.93 bln rupees ($55.6 mln) in EMCU via block deals, NDTV Profit reported, citing term sheet
