 * Further update to the disposal of Yess Le Green Pte Ltd and West Themes Pte 
Ltd 
 * Sale of serangoon property under settlement deed entered into between company 
and charlie, new inspiration and wt was not successful 
 * In completion of the term, the company agrees to, waive the sgd1.5 million 
receivable absolutely in favor of charlie 
 * Says company has entered into a conditional share transfer agreement with 
charlie
