    ** Co says sold 1.05 mln units to three affiliates at $2
apiece, with each unit consisting of one new Series A Preferred
Stock and one warrant to buy one common share for $2.34

moving averages, after trading below all 3 levels since mid-Jan
    ** ~2.7 mln MYND shares traded, easily the busiest day in
the stock's history and closing in on free float of 3.3 mln
    ** Though stock's surge is on pace to be the best in just
