** Solar module and cell manufacturer Emmvee Photovoltaic Power EMMV.NS debuts 1.4% higher from issue price

** Co, which is India's second-largest pure-play integrated solar module manufacturer, notches valuation of 152.46 billion rupees ($1.72 billion)

** EMMV's IPO worth 29 billion rupees was 97% subscribed by the final day of bidding

** Co plans to spend IPO proceeds to pay down debt and for other corporate purposes
